Admission Process

Admission process-

To get admission in any University of Ukraine there are three steps:

STEP 1: HOW TO GET INVITATION LETTER

To get an invitation letter from any University of Ukraine we require the following documents:

– Copy of International passport
– Copy of High School Certificate
– Copy of Bachelor Degree (if student is applying for Master’s degree)
– Admission Charge, Invitation charge & Courier Charges.

Send us the documents by email or by fax.
Transfer payment to us by bank transfer or by western Union (Admission Charge, Invitation charge & Courier Charges).
After receiving the documents and payment. we shall send you the invitation letter,admission letter and visa support letter by courier.

STEP 2: VISA

After getting invitation letter, students should contact the nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate.

Students can contact our local representative office also for visa information and they will assist students for their visa. Student should apply to Ukrainian Embassy with the following documents:

– Original Invitation letter
– Original international passport (valid for one year)
– Higher Secondary School certificate (translated into Ukrainian language)
– Birth Certificate (translated into Ukrainian language)
– Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (translated into Ukrainian language)

-Medical Certificate showing physical and mental fitness (translated into Ukrainian language)
– 8 Passport size Photos

STEP 3:ARRIVAL

After getting visa from Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate, students should inform us about his/her flight details with date and arrival time. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she shall be deported back to homeland.

Requirements-

The validity of Passport should not be less than for 1 year Educational Documents (HSSC, Bachelor or Master Degree if available) Application Form filled in capital letters (click here to download Application Form )

The E-mail with scans of above mentioned documents should contain following information respectively-

– Name, Middle name and Surname Nationality
– Date & place of birth
– Gender
– Passport number
– Passport validity (date of issue & expiry)
– Permanent address
– Temporary address/ Current address (if different from permanent address)

Admission Schedule-

Ukrainian Universities start to issue “Invitation Letter” from March/ April every year.

We accept Applications for Study in Ukrainian Universities from January for September intake. We secure “Invitation Letters” for students who apply through us earlier and issue their “Invitation Letters” from chosen/ recommended Universities respectively. The Universities keep issuing the “Invitation Letters” letters from March/ April to November (mostly extended to December). After March/ April, it takes about 3 working days to issue an “Invitation to Study” letter from a chosen/ recommended University.

Fast courier service “TNT”, “DHL”, “FedEx” or EMS deliver the “Invitation to Study” Letter within 4 to 5 working days.

The classes start from 1st September. Foreign students are allowed to join their English Medium Programmes until 15th of November. Students arriving after 15th of November can join Preparatory Programme only.

The students should always provide their valid postal address & contact numbers on Application form.

Upon Receiving Invitation letter-

The student should contact Ukraine embassy in his / her country in order to apply for the student visa. Ukraine embassy starts accepting Student Visa Applications and issue Student Visa from May/ June and keep issuing until 15th November. In some countries Ukraine embassy starts working with Student Visa Applications and issue Student Visa by 15th August to 15th November (usually it is extended to December/ January). Following documents should be submitted in Ukraine Embassy to obtain a Student Visa, Documents required on Arrival-

– Recommended International Airports in Ukraine : Kyiv (Boryspol airport), Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa and Kharkiv.

– The student must be sure of bringing all Payments and Documents mentioned below otherwise Ukraine Immigration Authority can refuse him/ her Entry and DEPORT back to his/ her country

– The student must bring full Tuition fee, accommodation fee and other charges (Cash or Travel Cheques) mentioned in Courses & Costs for chosen programme/university. The student is questioned by airport Immigration Authorities about Tuition fee and other charges.

-The student must bring some extra money for personal keep up.

-International Passport/ Traveling document with Ukraine Visa on it (valid -not less than one year)

– Original Invitation Letter of the University

– Birth Certificate , Translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public or Ukraine Embassy. (The student is subject to bring translated documents to Ukraine if Ukraine Embassy required translations at the time of issuing Visa)

– Original School Certificates ( HSSC, Bachelor or Master Degree if available ) translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public or Ukrainian Embassy (The student is subject to bring translated documents to Ukraine if Ukraine Embassy required translations at the time of issuing Visa)

– General Health- Medical Certificate issued at least two months prior the entrance in to Ukraine translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public or Ukrainian Embassy. (The student is subject to bring translated documents to Ukraine if Ukraine Embassy required translations at the time of issuing Visa)

– HIV- AIDS Negative Certificate issued at least two months prior the entrance translated into Ukrainian Language and Legalized by Notary Public or Ukrainian Embassy. (The student is subject to bring translated documents to Ukraine if Ukraine Embassy required translations at the time of issuing Visa)

– Health Insurance covering one year/ for some countries only for Traveling period

– Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is going to bear the expenses for student during stay/ studying in Ukraine . (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)

– Bank Statement to prove financial ability. (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)

– 12 Passport size photographs (3 * 4 cm )

– Air Ticket valid for one year, must be To and Fro

– Migration card must be filled in by student on arrival to Ukraine and kept saved during stay in Ukraine.

– The student must produce it to Immigration Authorities when returning home or travelling out of the country.

Transfer Students-

Students with transfer credit who apply for Study in Ukraine must submit the following upon arrival as original:

– Official academic transcripts from previously attended colleges and universities.
– School Certificates
– International Passport (traveling document)

These documents are submitted into Ministry of Education, Ukraine for Certification, to Calculate the Academic Difference, and the Credit hours. If Ministry of Education finds the previous qualification equal to Ukrainian syllabus and curricula, the student receives approval certificate to join desired year successfully, otherwise the candidate must follow to the recommendations set by Ministry of Education.

Applicants should scan their transcripts by email and must produce originals attested by Foreign Ministry of their country and legalized by Embassy of Ukraine. Universities in Ukraine accept qualified transfer students from other universities. Universities in Ukraine operate on semester system. Admission is based on student’s overall academic record. Some programmes are very competitive and the requirements for consideration will likely be higher.

“EIU” assists it’s applicants throughout the procedure for a certain agreed service charge.

Visa & immigration

Documents required for visa:

– Invitation & Admission Letter from University
– International Passport (valid not less than one year)
– Original Invitation Letter from University through EIU
– Birth Certificate (should be with Apostille stamp or legalized by the Ministry of Foreign affairs and translated into Ukrainian language)
– Original School Certificates (HSSC , Bachelor or Master’s Degree if available) (should be with Apostille stamp or legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Ukrainian language)
– Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (should be with Apostille stamp or legalized by the Ministry of Foreign affairs and translated into Ukrainian language)
– Health Insurance covering one year/ for some countries only for Traveling period
– Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is going to bear the expenses for student during stay/ studying in Ukraine . (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)
– Bank Statement to prove financial ability. (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)
– 8 passport size photos (3.5 x 4.5)
– To and Fro Air ticket valid for one year.
– Visa Confirmation letter sent to the Embassy from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
– The student needs to check with Ukrainian Embassy in his/ her country of permanent/temporary stay. Ukrainian Embassy does not require Russian/ Ukrainian translation for some Nationalities.
